Depending on whether you arrive in Berlin the day before the Summit (June 10th) or on day 1 (June 11th), we are happy to offer you 4 different hotel packages at discounted rates.

How can I pay for my ticket?

It's very quick and easy to pay for your ticket with a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club or China UnionPay cards.

The registration process takes only minutes.

If you are unable to pay with a credit card, please send an email to summit@sergroup.com and we'll help you find a solution.

Is there an option to participate remotely?

We don’t offer an online option to attend, but it’s well worth a trip to Berlin to experience the Summit live! Past attendees would agree.

What’s included in my entry ticket?

To provide you with the greatest amount of flexibility and convenience, we offer you various ticket options (see above).

Every ticket includes:

  • Entry to both days and unlimited access to all sessions (full agenda coming soon)
  • Access to presentations and other insightful documents after the Summit
  • Food and drink: You won’t go home hungry! Summit visitors will have a wide selection of food and drink throughout the event
  • Dinner and party to close out day 1 at one of Berlin's biggest hotspots, Frederick's
Are you offering any reduced hotel rates?

Good news! We have negotiated special rates with the Grand Hyatt Hotel (event location) and Motel One, which is close to the Grand Hyatt.

We are happy to offer you these special rates together with your entry ticket in 4 different ticket packages. Select the one that suits your travel plans best.

The hotel+ticket packages save you not just money, but also time: Once you book a package, our Summit team will make your hotel arrangements and share the details with you via email. 

I can’t make it, although I bought my ticket already. What is your cancellation policy?

We certainly hope everyone can make it to the Summit as planned! If you can’t due to unforeseen circumstances, then you are able to cancel at any time. However, we kindly ask for your understanding that a cancellation fee will be applied depending on the date you cancel (see details below).

If you can find someone from your organization to take your place, we would be happy to transfer the ticket at no cost. Please send an email to summit@sergroup.com to apply for the ticket transfer.


In case of cancellation, the following applies:

  • Cancel by March 11, 2024: no fee 
  • Cancel by April 08, 2024: 25% of the price 
  • Cancel by April 22, 2024: 50% of the price
  • Cancel by April 29, 2024: 75% of the price
  • Cancel after May 13, 2024: 100% of the price  

The cancellation fee applies to the final price of the bill.
