You can quickly and easily pay for your ticket by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and China UnionPay. Alternatively, you can choose to pay by invoice. Invoices must be paid within 30 days—otherwise, your ticket reservation will be forfeited.

The SER Summit 2026 is an in-person, on-site event only. But it’s well worth the trip to Munich to experience the Summit live! Past attendees certainly agree.
If you're unable to attend the SER Summit 2026 and wish to cancel your participation, please note that we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. This is necessary to cover costs incurred in advance of the event.
You are welcome to nominate a colleague from your company or organization to attend in your place. Ticket transfers are free of charge — just let us know by email.
In the case of cancellations, the following fees apply:
- Until March 10, 2026: no cancellation fee
- Until March 17, 2026: 25% cancellation fee
- Until March 31, 2026: 50% cancellation fee
- Until April 7, 2026: 75% cancellation fee
- From April 21, 2026, or in case of no-show: 100% cancellation fee
The cancellation fee is based on the total amount stated in the invoice.
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to another person free of charge. Simply email us their contact details so we can update the registration accordingly.
The SER Summit 2026 opens its doors on May 19, 2026 at 10:00.
Check in at the welcome desk, enjoy a coffee and a light snack, and start networking. The opening keynote kicks off at 10:35.
The event concludes on May 20, 2026 around 15:45 with a relaxed networking mixer.
Anyone who’s attended the SER Summit knows we’re famous for our parties — and this year is no exception. We’ll close out day 1 at one of Munich’s most stunning locations. The venue’s a secret for now, but trust us, you won’t want to miss it.
Yes. There will be a shuttle services between your hotel and the event location.
We want you to move around freely during the Summit, so we’ve arranged for large luggage items to be securely stored in a storage room at your hotel. For security reasons, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing luggage into the event area.
You are welcome to check in at your hotel during the 'chill time' between 18:00 and 19:00 on May 20th.
