We don’t offer an online option to attend, but it’s well worth a trip to Berlin to experience the Summit live! Past attendees would agree.

Every ticket includes:

• Entry to both days and unlimited access to all sessions (full agenda coming soon)
• Access to presentations and other insightful documents after the Summit
• Food and drink: You won’t go home hungry! Summit visitors will have a wide selection of food and drink throughout the event
• Dinner and party to close out day 1 at one of Berlin's biggest hotspots

Good news! We have negotiated special rates with the Grand Hyatt Hotel (event location), and with Motel One, which is close to the Grand Hyatt Hotel. 

We are happy to offer you these special rates together with your entry ticket in 4 different ticket packages. Select the one that suits your travel plans best.

The hotel+ticket packages save you not just money, but also time: Once you book a package, our Summit team will make your hotel arrangements and share the details with you via email. 

If you need to ask your boss for approval to attend the SER Summit - we have your back! Here are 5 very good reasons that will convince your boss that the SER Summit will be highly beneficial for you, your team and your entire company.

We certainly hope everyone can make it to the Summit as planned! If you can’t due to unforeseen circumstances, then you are able to cancel at any time. However, we kindly ask for your understanding that a cancellation fee will be applied depending on the date you cancel (see details below).

If you can find someone from your organization to take your place, we would be happy to transfer the ticket at no cost. Please send an email to summit@sergroup.com to apply for the ticket transfer.

In case of cancellation, the following applies:

• Cancel by March 11, 2024: no fee 
• Cancel by April 08, 2024: 25% of the price 
• Cancel by April 22, 2024: 50% of the price
• Cancel by May 29, 2024: 75% of the price
• Cancel after May 13, 2024: 100% of the price  

The cancellation fee applies to the final price of the bill.

Of course! SER never lets anyone go home hungry or thirsty. Have dietary restrictions? No problem: When you register, there's a form field where you can let us know.

As anyone who has been to our SER Summit knows, we are famous for our parties! This year is no different: We'll be closing out day 1 at one of Berlin's hotspots with dinner, dancing and a few other surprises. Maybe Doxi will sing karoake???

We want you to move about freely at the Summit, which is why we have arranged for you to leave large luggage pieces at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in a secure storage area. For safety reasons, we kindly ask you to refrain from taking luggage into the event area.

Yes, photos and videos will be taken throughout the event. We might be publishing some of them in social media or on our website, etc. When you sign up for the Summit, you give your consent.
